2023 Comprehensive Update on Workers' Compensation Compliance: Practical Approaches to Coping with, Claims, Defenses, Liability Presumptions, Reporting, and Recordkeeping with Emphasis – both COVID and non-COVID

- SB 1127 liability presumptions, expanding presumptions of compensability for peace officers and firefighters for temporary disabilities from cancer, including leukemia, up to 240 weeks;
