Primary Agenda Topics:

• Potential change to rating for new members – if a new member warrants a new-member surcharge, should that continue or reduce over the current 3-year period?
• Discussion of idea to set premiums (pool, reins, and admin) in December rather than continually adjust them throughout the renewal process
• Discussion about requiring monthly loss data submissions for EWC and GL1 members
• Discussion about expanding core limit of GL1 to $35M
• Review of potential GL1 MOC changes regarding claims control

In order to facilitate thorough discussion on these issues, the meeting is being scheduled in-person at the PRISM office in Folsom.
