Liability Claims Assistant - Under the general direction of the Chief Claims Officer & Liability Claims Manager, the Liability Claims Assistant provides assistance to the Chief Claims Officer & Liability Claims Manager, Senior Supervising Liability Specialist, Liability Claims Specialist and Senior Specialists in all aspects of the Liability Claims Department and Property Program, as well as the Medical Malpractice, as needed, and performs related work and general office backup and assistance, as required.
Sr. IT Specialist (Claims) - The Senior IT Specialist is primarily responsible for the development and developer support of PRISM’s Proprietary Claim System, Spectra. In addition, the role provides technical support for the existing claim systems for both internal and external customers. This position will participate in full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to development, testing, and deployment, with a strong focus on system optimization and problem-solving. The entire team adheres to the Agile with Scrum framework.
Sr. Risk Control Specialist - The Senior Risk Control Specialist is responsible for providing professional services in the areas of risk management associated with health and safety, tort liability, public property and any other areas of risk as may be required to support internal and external customers (members). The purpose of this work is to proactively support the prevention of injury to internal & external customers and/or the public, protect property, and assist in the control of tort liability exposures.
Workers' Compensation Attorney - The Workers' Compensation (WC) Attorney is responsible for managing and resolving complex workers' compensation claims with a strategic focus on mitigating exposure and ensuring fair and cost-effective resolutions for all parties. This role involves developing settlement strategies, direct handling of settlement negotiations and collaborating with the claims adjusters, PRISM specialists, legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure claims are resolved in a timely and efficient manner that benefits the injured worker, the employer and the PRISM Programs in a fair and equitable approach.
