From July 1st through September 15th, the PRISM Data & Analytics team will be focused on our annual data processing cycle; critical work that touches the core systems many of you depend on. A few things to expect:

Slower response times. We'll triage as best we can, but turnaround will be longer than usual.

August will be tightest. We're short-staffed that month, so non-critical requests may wait.

July and August deliverables may slip by up to a week.
One ask: If you have data requests, report changes, or projects you need our help on, submit them before July 1st. The earlier we have them, the better we can plan and fit your work in before processing season starts.
