EIAGL Codes in the PRISM Liability Dashboard
Data & Analytics is excited to help more members unlock the benefits of using EIAGL Codes in their monthly liability reporting!

At the PRISM Conference, the D&A team introduced the new Risk Control Apps, which give members greater visibility into their data. One feature of the liability dashboard highlights top EIAGL Codes, PRISM’s proprietary liability cause of loss coding, providing valuable insights into claim trends.

Incorporating EIAGL Codes can offer an additional layer of insight and help you make even more informed decisions. If you’re interested in learning how to begin using EIAGL Codes in your reporting, the D&A team is here to help! Please reach out to DnA@prismrisk.gov for guidance and support.
New on PRISMtv! Addendum B: Claims Handling Standards—An In-Depth Training
Now available on-demand on PRISMtv, this training provides an in-depth review of Addendum B: Claims Handling Standards for PRISM’s General Liability programs. PRISM Liability Claims Manager Terry Butrym, JD, discusses member responsibilities, provides an overview of the Standards, explains the first report form process, and reviews reserving practices.

A key focus of the session is defense counsel reporting—helping members understand how to communicate expectations to their defense teams and why timely, thorough reporting is essential to effective claims evaluation. We conclude by reviewing the settlement authority process and coverage evaluations to ensure members have a clear understanding of these procedures and what to expect at each stage.

For any questions about the presentation, please reach out to Terry Butrym. If you need assistance accessing PRISMtv, please reach out to Doug McGill
