Updated IRIC Manual
Alliant's Public Entity Group maintains the Insurance Requirements in Contracts (IRIC) Manual as a service to the public sector and PRISM members. The manual is reviewed annually for any updates or changes to suggested insurance requirements. The newly released Version 2023.1 includes the following modifications:

New Limited Wrap Exclusion CG 21 31 with an explanation of why contracts should require it rather than the old CG 21 54

Updated Additional Insured (AI) Charts & Comparison of AI Endorsements

FMCSA Biennial Update
If your agency has a USDOT number and operates under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, you are responsible for updating your information with the FMCSA every two years. Read more on PRISM's blog.
California Storage Tank Regulation
There is a new change retaining to a California storage tank regulation.  This change requires that on or before December 31, 2025, all single-walled underground storage tanks that contain a hazardous substance (including petroleum products) must be closed or removed.
