These reports are available for all Members who provide monthly data and have requested access to the PRISM Analytics Dashboards

New Blog - DOT Record Retention Requirements
Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 49 part 40 outlines the procedures and requirements for drug and alcohol testing, including provisions for records retention. 49 CFR 40.333 specifies the different types of records and the minimum duration for which these records must be retained. Records must be accessible for any necessary audits, inspections, or investigations that may arise. Click here to read our latest blog and learn about the DOT requirements that apply to all agencies. Latest Graduate of Safety Management Certification
Congratulations to the latest Safety Management Certification graduate, Kristin Morales of PRISM! This intensive, five-part safety training course covers everything from the basics of accident investigation all the way to developing effective control measures that prevent employees from having injuries and illnesses. Kristin completed all five of the courses, and passed a comprehensive exam.

New Law - The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act

The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) went into effect on June 27th. This new law requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations to employees with known limitations related to pregnancy and childbirth. The California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) has, for some time now, already required California employers to provide accommodations for conditions of pregnancy.
