Concern EAP Services Webinar
PRISM MHN EAP Members: MHN is terming the PRISM EAP contract effective June 30th. In order to maintain this important coverage, the Employee Benefits Committee selected a replacement carrier: Concern EAP, effective July 1, 2023. Based in California, Concern EAP provides comprehensive and personal EAP services, with extensive expertise working with California Public Agencies, including access to a Specialized First Responder Provider Network. On Wednesday, April 5th at 10:00 am, join us for a detailed overview of Concern EAP services and next steps in the transition, including renewal, employee communication and billing administration.

EWC & GL1 SIR Reporting Deadline May 1st
Reminder: EWC and GL1 members must report SIR changes prior on or before May 1st. The purpose of this deadline is to lessen the potential impact of a large number of SIR changes on overall program allocations. PRISM staff is encouraging members to submit SIR option requests prior to April 14th, and is ready to assist members with any questions. 
Property Program Database Closure 
As we continue to prepare for the 2023/2024 Property Program renewal, AlliantConnect will be unavailable from Friday, March 31st through Wednesday, April 5th in order to establish the Total Insured Values for binding with the carriers. Please contact Sara Carlisle if you have any questions or need immediate property schedule changes.
