PRISM Pollution Program Members: Please be advised that for the renewal of the pollution legal liability program for 2024-2025, Ironshore Insurance (incumbent) will be requiring that all locations be scheduled on the member’s schedule of values (SOV) provided in the submission in order for coverage to apply.
In 2023-2024 and previous years, pollution liability coverage applied for all locations owned, leased, rented, operated and/or occupied by a Named Insured (as of the Inception Date), and in previous years, coverage was not tied to an SOV, or a schedule of locations. Going forward, Ironshore is modifying their policy so that only locations listed on the SOV will be covered. Please begin checking SOV’s for accuracy, and please make sure all locations (including vacant land and landfills that should be covered on the policy) are listed in the SOV provided for the 2024-2025 submission.
