PRISM Staff Emails Updated to prismrisk.gov
PRISM staff emails have been updated to reflect our new website, prismrisk.gov! Please update your records so that emails are @prismrisk.gov. Former emails will still work, but it is best to update.

Also, please remind your entity's IT department to add www.prismrisk.gov to your networks so we are not blocked by your systems. Questions? Contact Member Services at memberservices@prismrisk.gov.
Master Crime Policy Notice
The PRISM Master Crime Primary and Excess Policies can be used to fulfill the bonding requirements for many public officials. In order for it to do so, most county members must have the policies properly approved and filed per California Government Code sections 1457 and 1458. The complete copies of the policies are available online in the My Entity Documents area of the website. Sample letters (primary and excess) to the presiding judge and template signature pages are available for download which you can use to file. Information about the approval/filing process is also available. While it is not likely to be the case, some cities and other non-county members may have similar filing requirements, and those members should verify with counsel if they are unsure of those requirements. If you require a certified copy or any other special documentation, please contact Rebekah Winger at 916-850-7300.
COVID-19 Reporting & Recording Infographic
A new Infographic on COVID-19 Reporting and Recording has been added to PRISM's COVID-19 Resources page. It outlines the steps to be taken in the event of a positive COVID-19 occurrence.

The resource page is updated regularly, so check back often. There you will find links to important information, PRISM staff created articles and other resources.
