Building Inspector II: Any combination of training or experience that would provide the knowledge and skills to successfully perform the listed duties is qualifying. A typical way, but not required, to obtain the required knowledge and skills would be: - One (1) year of building inspection experience comparable to that of a Building Inspector I with Siskiyou County. Special Requirements: - Possession of a valid and appropriate driver's license. - Possession of appropriate certification, training and education pursuant to Chapter 7, Part 2.5 of Division 13 of the California Health and Safety Code. Building Inspector III: Any combination of training or experience that would provide the knowledge and skills to successfully perform the listed duties is qualifying. A typical way, but not required, to obtain the required knowledge and skills would be: - Two (2) years of building inspection experience comparable to that of a Building Inspector II with Siskiyou County. Special Requirements: - Possession of a valid and appropriate driver's license. - Some positions may require certification, training, and education pursuant to Chapter 7, Part 2.5 of Division 13 of the California Health and Safety Code
