New PRISM Website Feature - "Riskie," Your Risk Management AI Assistant!
If you've logged in to our website, you may have noticed this new purple icon at the bottom right of your screen. This is Riskie, our AI-powered chatbot designed to support your risk management efforts with faster access to available service overviews, resources, and curated quick-start content. Think of it as a first step toward an always-available assistant trained on the tools and services you already rely on. Riskie has been trained on a broad collection of member resources. Whether you're looking to understand available services or need a quick link to a reference guide, Riskie is here to help streamline that search.

This is an early-stage release, and we need your help on training Riskie to be as helpful as possible. While Riskie has been trained on vetted and relevant materials, some information - like vendor contacts - may be outdated, especially where media or documents from previous years were used. That said, we’ve chosen content we believe remains functionally useful, even if not fully up to date. Please let us know how Riskie is doing by submitting feedback via this form

2025/26 Medical Malpractice Program Premium Summaries
PRISM Underwriting Staff will be posting 2025/26 Med Mal Premium Summary Information by Department for all Med Mal Program members no later than the week of July 21st. This information will be uploaded to the "My Entity Documents" section of the website for easy access. New Harassment Prevention Training Courses Available

Vector Solutions has released two courses: Harassment Prevention for Employees and Harassment Prevention for Supervisors. Both are now available for assignment through the Vector Solutions LMS platform.

California law requires employers with five or more employees to provide at least two hours of interactive harassment prevention training to supervisory employees, and one hour to non-supervisory employees—every two years. These brand new courses feature video-based scenarios and include content on the prevention of abusive conduct, as well as practical examples of harassment based on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation.

Get involved with PRISM Governance! PRISM is now accepting nominations for Public Entity (non-county) Representatives for the Board of Directors. You may submit nominations for yourself or a colleague until Friday, July 25th, 2025. To submit your, or a colleagues’, name, you can do so on our website. Please note, this is for the elections for non-county members to serve on PRISM’s Board of Directors.
