22/23 December Budget Estimates

The 2022/23 PRISM Budget Estimates are available for PRISM county members and have been posted to our website. To access your budget estimates, please log in on our website and go to “My Entity Documents” on your member dashboard. Non-county members will receive their estimates from their broker.

Liability Claims Alert

Please be advised that it appears the Center for Disability Access is making the rounds filing lawsuits against public entities alleging that the entity is violating the ADA by failing to provide closed-captioning for video recordings of meetings that are posted on the entity’s website. We recommend that your entity review its website to ensure that it is in compliance with applicable ADA laws and hopefully by doing so your entity can avoid becoming a target for litigation.
