PRISM Legislative Action Plan
At its Fall 2021 Strategic Planning Retreat, the Executive Committee discussed California’s current legislative climate and strategies that PRISM might be able to pursue to increase our influence in the legislative arena. The Executive Committee then delegated the task of creating a Tort Reform Legislative Action Plan to the PRISM Legislative Committee, which is now available. There are a number of items on the list and staff will be working with PRISM’s lobbyist to get additional information regarding the plan out to the membership over the next few months.
