Pursuant to the PRISM’s Travel Reimbursement Policy and Travel Guidelines, if a member requests travel to be booked on their behalf and cannot honor the reservation, the member is responsible for canceling the reservation in a timely manner to avoid a charge. In the event the reservation is not canceled in a timely manner, causing PRISM to be billed, the member will be charged for that reservation. Please contact me with any questions.
