  • 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Retaliation Risk: Catch It Before It Costs You

Retaliation claims are on the rise - do you know how to spot them before they escalate? In this interactive session, PRISM’s HR team and EPL attorneys will guide you through real-world retaliation scenarios.

Working in small groups, you’ll tackle a game-style challenge - analyzing situations, identifying red flags, and deciding what to do next. Then, compare your choices with others and walk away with practical strategies to prevent costly missteps.

Joining virtually? You’ll jump into a Zoom breakout room to play along, with a PRISM team member guiding the discussion so you don’t miss a beat.

• 4:15 pm - 5:30 pm - Trivia Hour in the lobby of the Courtyard Marriott Folsom. Light refreshments will be available

Additional Information

• Dress is business casual for all meetings and functions.
• Pursuant to the PRISM's Travel Reimbursement Policy and Travel Guidelines, if a member requests travel to be booked on their behalf and cannot honor the reservation, the member is responsible for cancelling the reservation in a timely manner to PRISM to avoid a charge. In the event the reservation is not cancelled in a timely manner, causing PRISM to be billed, the member will be charged for that reservation.
