PRISM offers our members the ability to participate in an array of Employee Benefits ancillary coverages that are tailored to meet the needs of every Public Agency.

PRISM members are able to choose from two leading vision care providers, Vision Service Plan (VSP) and Medical Eye Services (MES). The vision program offers custom plan designs tailored for the needs of the entity, while capitalizing on pooled renewals with multi-year rate guarantees.

The Employee Assistance Program has been designed to help public sector employers and employees effectively manage unique workplace issues. Offered through Managed Health Network (MHN) and Anthem, the program includes a dedicated management consultant, management consultations, employee referrals, critical incident stress debriefing, negotiated preferred pricing, and pooled renewals ensure greater long-term rate stability.

The Life & Disability Program offers a suite of Life, AD&D, Supplemental Life and Disability coverage options. Offered through Voya and Lincoln Financial, program benefits include custom plan designs, pooled renewals and contract enhancements specific to public entities. Additionally, through the PRISM Life & Disability program, members receive value added services related to EAP and travel assistance.

The Personal Lines Insurance Program (PLIP) offers PRISM members access to practical group savings on everyday insurance coverages. Available to all eligible PRISM members and their employees, council, commissioners and retirees, there is a solution and savings for many participants.
