Please contact Kierstin Acosta for airline preference and if you are a member of a frequent flyer program. Carriers that fly in/out of Salt Lake City are: Southwest, Alaska Airlines, American, Delta Air Lines, Frontier, JetBlue and United.   Most attendees will be flying Delta.

The Waldorf Astoria Park City is located 34 miles east of Salt Lake City International Airport.  No shuttle from the airport to the hotel will be available this year. You can request your own ride share (Uber/Lyft) or reach out to Kierstin for one to be arranged one for you. For personal vehicles, valet parking is available at the hotel for $45 per night.

Complimentary high-speed internet access will be available in all guest rooms. Guests will also have access to the Waldorf Astoria Spa's fitness facilities.

The average temperature in Park City in October ranges from 31 degrees to 59 degrees.
