In today’s environment, it is critical that HR professionals and managers know how to spot and legally address the performance triumphs and challenges for workers with mental conditions. This is prevalent and encompasses both non-COVID and COVID 19 impacts on mental health.

It is increasingly apparent that many mental health and mood disorders stem from actual or perceived acts of retaliation in the workplace. 2. How to handle behaviors that may be part of an employee’s mood disorder, social pragmatic communication disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, or attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder.
  3. Handling episodic fatigue or loss of focus from COVID 19 anxieties.
