• The requirements for proper "release of information forms" (ROI's), including the rules in HIPAA, CMIA, HIV law, LPS Act, and 42 CFR Part 2.  
• We will also include a thorough review of the AB 133 "ASCMI" form now in use in California.

Public entity healthcare Compliance Officers, Health Information Managers, Quality Assurance Coordinators, Privacy Officers, clinical staff, County MHP (mental health plan) administrators, and administrative staff in public health clinics, hospitals, mental health outpatient clinics and inpatient facilities, substance use disorder programs, and correctional care settings.
