Join us for an open forum with a special guest, Patricia Eyres, Managing Partner of the Eyres Law Group, and your host Scarlett Sadler, as we explore military service leaves of absence. We'll delve into the federal guidelines of USERRA, the California Military and Veterans Code, the California Education Code, as well as the California Family Military Leave Act for Spouses of Military Members. During this forum, we will discuss the legal requirements and best practices for providing military service leave to employees, including the rights and benefits afforded to military members and their families.
