Overview

When incidents happen, the solution isn’t always more training. Sometimes, the root cause lies elsewhere. Join your host, Scarlett Sadler, and special guest, Travis Clemmer, PRISM’s Risk Control Manager, for a dynamic open forum where we challenge the “train-first” mindset. Together we’ll explore a common scenario and discuss strategies that go beyond traditional training.
