Overview

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has issued a rule requiring all employers, drivers, medical review officers (MROs), substance abuse professionals (SAPs) and Consortium/Third Party Administrators (C/TPAs) to register and utilize the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse by January 6, 2020.
