Overview

Nuclear verdicts are not just a California phenomenon, but a national one as well.   Unfortunately, they are becoming all too common place.  In an effort to help Members avoid a nuclear verdict, PRISM is pleased to provide the webinar "Defusing Juror Anger and Stopping Nuclear Verdicts!" December 8th at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom, presented by Susan Oliver from Tyson & Mendes.

Attendees will learn about groundbreaking defense methods and will leave with an understanding of why these verdicts keep coming and how Members can better manage the risk when cases are taken to trial.
