"CyberDefense: Understanding the Threat Landscape (and what you can do about it)"
Overview
Presented by: Drew Williams, CISO/ Director, Security at Synoptek
We continue to read of new breaches and hacks on systems and businesses, federal, state and local government agencies, and individuals, as more defensive strategies are launched to protect against the rise of sophisticated malware. For the administrators responsible for safeguarding a company’s systems, networks, and digital information, keeping up is an overwhelming task, made doubly difficult because it is often hard to determine the most significant threats.
This discussion will share some of the best practices every organization can do immediately to reduce their attack surface and manage the threat landscape around them .
