Due to the significant reporting requirements that exist and penalties that can be assessed for failing to comply with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act (MSP), PRISM has coordinated with ExamWorks to provide CMS (Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services) query and reporting services for both Medicare Reporting and Medicare Setasides.
