This 90-minute webinar, presented by Marcus Beverly, reviews the Insurance Requirements in Contracts (IRIC) Manual, which has been relied upon by public entities for many years to implement effective contractual risk transfer. PRISM has partnered with Alliant’s Public Entity Group to update the manual to address new and emerging risks.

This session will review the IRIC Manual, including 2026 updates, and focuses on understanding the contractual risk-transfer process and the various types of insurance that may be required.
