In June 2018, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) released the new report titled, “A Study of the Pre-Attack Behaviors of Active Shooters in the US, between 2000-2013”. The report articulates concrete observable pre-attack behaviors of active shooters to help law enforcement, school officials, and others better identify and manage individuals who may be on a path to violence.
