Performs complex civil engineering work for Public Works projects under supervision, including designing roads, bridges, drainage, and related systems. Prepares plans, specifications, reports, and bid documents; reviews consultant work; and coordinates projects. May oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with standards, and handle public inquiries. Requires strong knowledge of engineering principles, regulations, and project management. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate effectively is essential. Requires a Civil Engineering degree, professional registration (or ability to obtain), and relevant experience.
