Capital Project Manager - Special Districts Department

Job Summary:

Under general direction, oversees planning, design, and construction of long-term capital improvement projects, including new facilities, parks, and major renovations. Manages consultants and contractors through all phases--planning, design, bidding, and construction--while developing and controlling budgets and schedules and ensuring environmental compliance. May lead long-range facility planning and related studies, supervise and coordinate project staff, and perform related duties as needed.
