Job Summary:

Plans, schedules, assigns, reviews, and supervises the work of staff performing driving, dispatching, and other supporting duties within the Operations Division; plans and coordinates comprehensive employee safety training programs, as well as driver routes and schedules; facilitates communication and serves as a liaison between operators, dispatchers, supervisors, and management; provides detailed procedures to employees; responds to technical questions from employees; provides complex staff assistance to management staff in areas of expertise.
