**IMPORTANT** Notice to PRISM MHN EAP Members!! Please review and forward to anyone within your organization that may need to be informed.

As previously announced, MHN EAP is leaving the California marketplace and terming the PRISM EAP contract effective June 30, 2023. In order to maintain this important coverage, the Employee Benefits Committee approved the issuance of an RFP and subsequently selected a replacement carrier for MHN. It is the intent of PRISM, working with Alliant, to transition MHN EAP members to the newly selected EAP Carrier, Concern (www.concernhealth.com), effective July 1, 2023. Based in California, Concern EAP provides comprehensive and personal EAP services, with extensive expertise working with California Public Agencies, including access to a Specialized First Responder Provider Network.
