Get ready for an exciting day that navigates you through the PWC Program. This fun-filled journey will start with the PWC Committee meeting from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon followed by lunch. Then enjoy a Stakeholder’s Workshop as we take a deeper dive into the benefits of PWC Program participation. The Workshop will conclude at 4:00 pm.

Travel Reimbursement Policy and Travel Guidelines
Dear Fellow Members,
At the June 2023 Board meeting, I shared my passion for the PWC Program and how my entity has been benefiting from its membership since 1979. Please join me, my fellow PWC Committee members, and your fellow PWC Program members on 8/23. You’ll see the committee in action in service to you and other PWC members, have lunch with us, and then join us in the afternoon for an exciting workshop. During the afternoon workshop, you’ll learn about all the features and benefits of PWC membership. There may be answers and solutions to challenges available to you through the PWC Program that you didn’t know about, and we would like to make sure you’re getting your money’s worth out of the PWC Program. Pursuant to PRISM’s Travel Reimbursement Policy and Travel Guidelines, if a member requests travel to be booked on their behalf and cannot honor the reservation, the member is responsible for cancelling the reservation in a timely manner to avoid a charge. In the event the reservation is not cancelled in a timely manner, causing PRISM to be billed, the member will be charged for that reservation. Please contact Karen Somers with any questions.
