Thursday, June 1, 2023

• Breakfast - 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Executive Committee Meeting (All members are welcome to attend) - 9:00 a.m. to Noon
• Lunch - Noon to 1:00 p.m.
• Board Workshops:
• Defending General Liability (GL) Cases - Susan Oliver from Tyson Mendes will discuss how it is still possible to defend GL cases in the Nuclear Verdict environment -  1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.  
• Break - 2:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.
• Peer Questions Workshop - 2:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Board of Directors Social and Dinner - 6:00 p.m.

Friday, June 2, 2023

• Breakfast - 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
• Board of Directors Meeting - 8:30 a.m. to Noon
• Board of Directors Lunch - Noon to 1:00 p.m.
• Board of Directors Meeting (resumes if necessary) - 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

There will be no Virtual option. Attendance is in-person only.

Dress is business casual for all meetings and functions.

Pursuant to the PRISM's Travel Reimbursement Policy and Travel Guidelines, if a member requests travel to be booked on their behalf and cannot honor the reservation, the member is responsible for cancelling the reservation in a timely manner to avoid a charge. In the event the reservation is not cancelled in a timely manner, causing PRISM to be billed, the member will be charged for that reservation. Please contact Karen Somers with any questions.
