Experience writing reports and presenting findings is required, and diverse lived experiences are highly valued. Additionally, training in mediation, workplace investigations, racial equity such as Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE), and/or Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) certification or HR certifications are welcomed. Additionally, a sense of humor is a must!
