We’re excited to share that our website reorganization project is officially complete - and with it comes a more streamlined, user-friendly experience designed with your needs in mind. These updates also lay the groundwork for the release of our new Gen-AI chatbot - Riskie, which will use this refreshed site structure to help you find information even faster.

Here’s a quick overview of what’s new:

✅ Retired the *Resources* Section

The *Resources* section has been removed, and its content has been thoughtfully redistributed across the site, integrated into areas where it naturally fits. No content has been lost - it’s just better organized.

📁 New and Improved Navigation

  • About PRISM: Items are now listed alphabetically, and the PRISM Documents section has been added, complete with sort-by-date or filename functionality.
  • Advocacy: A brand-new section that houses our *Bills of Interest* tracking tool and information about our legislative efforts and advocacy partners.
  • Coverages: Applicable coverage programs now include a new vendor tab that highlight applicable vendors and their contact information.  Note, this information may not be all-inclusive. Please refer to the Member Services section for all offerings.

💡 Fresh Features and Content

  • How Do I...: A new area designed to offer quick links to commonly requested info and tools - and it’s expected to grow over time.  Have an idea?  Let us know!
  • Member Services: Formerly *Services*, this section has been simplified. We’ve removed former categories like risk management and claims, so now everything is easier to scan and find.
  • Networking: A new home for our *Members* directory and the *Message Board*, encouraging connection and collaboration.
  • Connect With Us: *Contact Us* has been renamed, and now includes a *Stay Connected* area to highlight available communication channels. 

Tip:  Redirects are in place so your saved bookmarks or favorites should still work. However, for the best long-term experience, we recommend updating any saved links to the new URLs.

We know that change can take a little getting used to, but we're confident that once you explore the new layout, you'll find the site easier to navigate and more intuitive than ever. Thanks for your patience as we all get familiar with the improved experience!
