The EIA has partnered with TargetSolutions to deliver a free learning management system (LMS). LMSs are software applications for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of electronic educational courses or training programs.
In short, it makes providing, assigning, and tracking your employees' training easy!
As a part of its ongoing content development, TargetSolutions recently updated the Defensive Driving Strategies course—it now features 3-D simulations and engaging animations. They also added a new course how to handle targeted violence situations in the workplace.
TargetSolutions also offers courses to achieve training compliance with several of California’s state laws: sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention, mandated reporter training, and local agency ethics.
