Under SB 1343 all employers in California with five or more employees are required to provide at least two hours of interactive training regarding harassment prevention to all supervisory employees and one hour for all non-supervisory employees.
After SB 1343 was signed into law, SB 778 extended the compliance deadline to January 1, 2021. With the deadline just over 2 months away, there is still time to get employees trained!
